Silicon Rubber and Mica Heaters
Silicon, Kapton and Teflon heaters: These ultra-flat heaters are
produced with a special chemical etching process known as Etched
Foil, which involves creating an element only a few hundredths of a
centimetre thick. Suitably insulated in a silicon, Kapton and
Teflon cast, the heater can be formed into a wide variety of
shapes, becoming particularly flexible and thereby allowing
installation on all every kind of structure, also thanks to the
possibility of combining a double-adhesive film with the heater

produced by winding the resistive wire on a core of material that
is able to withstand high temperatures, and by insulating the unit

(tin-coated), AISI 304 and Glass Fibre; this solution is adopted to
increase the heating cable's strength, making the cable suitable
